Karen has been consulting to the Department of Defence for the past 8 years, providing business improvement and capability development services. Karen most recent engagements include delivering a financial policy rationalization project, defining new learning and development pathways in support of shared service implementation, and delivery of financial management/procurement training. Karen has developed a number of training courses, which are recognised as having had a significant impact on both the culture and outcomes of her clients.
